RMA POLICY:

All products listed on the site are warranted for manufacturing/material defects in terms of the standard manufacturer warranty terms for a period of one year from date of purchase RMA does not cover:

-Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.

-Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

-Product is opened at buyers end or seal of the product is broken.

-Burnt out products/product components due to voltage fluctuation or other reason

-Damage to product caused due to improper installation and non compliance with manufacturer guideline for installation

-Accessories such as POE and device adaptors and all other accessories are not covered under Warranty

 Defective working of the product covered under the warranty conditions has to be reported online in the prescribed format via the RMA icon on the website. The information contained should show the bill details with date of purchase, serial no. etc and also spell out the defective working. On receipt of the same, a confirmation would be sent to the buyer through the email address provided, whereupon the goods may be despatched to our address as follows: B-120 Kalkaji, New Delhi 110019;

 All efforts are made that the goods are ordinarily replaced/repaired and returned within a period of 15 working days. In the case of any delay due to reasons outside the control of ACE MICRO, the buyer shall be suitably informed. In all cases, the repair/replacement process shall be completed within a reasonable period of time.
