Shipping Policy

Shipping Time – Goods will ordinarily be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of the confirmed order. ACE MICRO would inform the buyer through the email address provided by him/her about the dispatch details.

Goods are dispatched through established courier/transport companies and buyers may account for transit time while placing/planning orders. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Goods received with the packing in tampered/damaged condition should be notified by the buyer immediately online, on receipt of the same. Whenever such an instance occurs, buyer should obtain a tampered damage report duly signed by the courier/transporter delivering the goods and submit the same for processing the claim further.
